John Wiest helps business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors buy and sell businesses — from letters of intent and due diligence to purchase agreements and closing. A Harvard Law School graduate, he previously practiced finance and restructuring law at Greenberg Traurig and Dorsey & Whitney before founding Wiest Business Law in 2021.
